Old dwellings
These dwellings are in the countryside, they used to build up dirt around their homes to make a wall and then plant trees around the whole perimeter. The roots grow around and through the mound of dirt creating a very strong defensive structure for their land and homes. When people came they would lower a plank to let their visitors in or out.
Its beautiful and inventive!
There was a field of horses near by and so we went to say hello.

St. James Gate Brewery
Double fisting it....actually he is just holding mine so I could take a picture :)
At the top of the brewery there is a round glass bar that gives you a 360 view of Dublin, it was pretty amazing!
St. James Gate Brewery
What's a trip to Dublin with out visiting the Guinness factory? Ok well I could care less but the boys (especially David) were more than excited!
Day 1 of Dublin
Exploring the city...
Cara and I in our bright colored rain coats that became part of of daily wardrobe as it rained EVERY day that we were in Europe. I loved it but it did make walking around different places a little more difficult.
Its so moist there that mold grows on everything.

Summer 2010
Scott and I went to Europe to celebrate the end of 2 years of craziness. We went to Ireland and Germany, I have so many pictures to go through but here is a couple of our first day in Dublin.
Dublin is a beautiful city, lots of color and quaint charm!
We were goofing around....but Scott's face is priceless so I had to post this :)
