This beach was amazing....basically forest to the water's edge and then cool, clear blue water.

It felt like being on survivor there was hardly anyone there and the beach was enclosed on all sides by dense forest.

Proof of the deer

Ok so if you read my facebook you know about the deer that charged us....super random and not what your expect to pop out of the rain forest. But I thought I would offer proof that there was a crazy Costa Rican deer.

Our first night out we went to this restaurant that was in and built around a plane. I dont know the whole story but apparently in crashed or crash landed on the cliffs somewhere around there....anyway there is a story and its a landmark. I just thought it was unique, it was nestled on the cliffs over looking the ocean.

So I have tons of pictures and lots to tell but I need to sort through them and put them in order.....but I thought I would at least share my first taste of CR. This was our hotel room in Manuel Antonio a beach town on the Pacific side of CR. Our room had beautiful views of the rainforest and the coast.
